How does RFID work day to day with Orixya?
Every item carries a UHF RFID tag with a unique identifier, linked to its product and variant. From then on, readers do the counting: deliveries are received by reading the cartons, stock is counted with a handheld sweep, gates and fixed readers log items moving through doors, and sales or dispatches are confirmed by reading the tags. Each read updates stock in real time, in Orixya or in your own system.

What RFID hardware does Orixya use?
Orixya works with standard UHF RAIN RFID hardware: handheld readers for counting and finding, fixed readers and RFID gates for hands-free tracking at doors, receiving bays and dispatch points, and printer-encoders for tagging. We recommend and supply the right hardware for each job, and every read feeds the same real-time pipeline.

What Orixya doesn’t do yet
- Barcode-only checkout on the Orixya POS: items sold there must carry an RFID tag (your own POS is unaffected when you integrate).
- Arabic user interface: the app is in English today.

Does Orixya support fixed RFID readers and gates, or only handhelds?
Both. Handheld readers do counts, item locate, receiving and checkout. Fixed readers and RFID gates at doors, receiving bays and dispatch points record items moving in and out automatically. All reads go through the same real-time pipeline.
Who is Orixya for?
Retailers, especially fashion and apparel stores, and warehouse or logistics operators who need item-level stock accuracy. Some keep their own system and add Orixya RFID; others run their whole store on Orixya.
